@thedolapoolutoye: Most training programmes don’t change behaviour. And African parents figured out why long before anyone wrote a book about it. Most training transfers information. People listen, take notes, feel inspired; and two weeks later, nothing has changed. But think about how African parents teach. They don’t just tell you. They show you. They involve you. They correct you. They make you practise until it becomes natural. An African mother teaching her child to cook doesn’t hand them a recipe and walk away. She puts them in the kitchen, corrects them in real time and makes them do it again. That child doesn’t just know how to cook. They can cook. That’s the difference. Information creates knowledge. Practice creates behaviour. Repetition creates mastery. You cannot think your way into a new habit. You have to do your way into one. So after your next training, book or video, ask: “What am I going to do differently today because of what I just learned?” Not tomorrow. Today. Because knowledge that never changes your behaviour hasn’t truly reached you. #fyp #business #viralvideo #30dayswithsalem #trendingnow
