So this is my first year in xcel bc I’ve been in the jo program and I’m platinum. My bar routine is kip cast handstand kip cast squat on kip cast flyaway. My coach says that i need a circling skill but we only need 1 b skill. So do I need to add a free hip or just keep my routine??

For xcel diamond, is a round off bhs layout a B skill? So could I do round off bhs layout as one pass and then a front tuck front tuck as my other pass?

For Xcel platinum beam, it says u need 6 A skills. Does that include the mount? So could i do full turn, split jump, straight jump, tuck jump, and front tuck dismount? And my B skill would be a round off?
