If you co sleep try side laying breastfeeding, it’s such a game changer girls I’m literally comfortable asf laying in bed with both hands free while she essentially feeds herself! Just latch her, make sure her nose is clear and you’re good to go!

The only way we both sleep. She went from waking up every two hrs to now every 4 to 5 hrs at night. You will not roll over them your body won’t allow it.
