Look when I pay somebody or I accept somebody’s payment I always count it out and you have to sit there and wait for me to count it. I would’ve got me a person who’s counted very slow and that guy would have to stay there and watch me count it the whole time.

Legally they do have to take change, however courts have ruled that they can have reasonable conditions on the acceptance of change such as the requirement that they be rolled or that the person has to wait for them to be counted
