The biggest plot hole is this: Lucifer (or Satan) is God’s mortal enemy. Why would they have an arrangement where everyone God condemns goes to Lucifer’s domain to be punished by Lucifer? Wouldn’t Lucifer praise these souls for defying his mortal enemy?
