I’ve enjoyed my Omnibag orders. Everything is double/triple wrapped in bubble wrap. I am sure a small percentage may break during transport. Luckily, I have not experienced that. I am sorry for the experience of the difficult customer. I realize you cannot make everyone happy but hope to continue seeing more great creations. Thank you for even posting this to remind all there are real people behind the products.

This is my first week watching & purchasing thru Omni. Clara is amszing!! She is very nice & patient even when people aren't correctly following directions. She balances everything during her live and very attentive to us all in a loving ❤️and peaceful matter. Clara deserves so much more with everyone tapping giving her hearts 💕showing her the love for all she is doing 💞 You have an amazing Host with Clara. I've bought 4 times already and looking forward to receiving my bag chains.

You all have the best chains and hosts! I’ve purchased at least 15 chains and ofc bought more last night. Always happy with my orders and shipping is usually quicker than expected!

I’ve been happy with all of my orders! And I’ve ordered a LOT😂I’m missing two of the chains I ordered, but you all sent duplicates of two other chains so I chose not to ask for a refund because I understand how confusing it can be on the lives and I know it was an honest mistake. Keep doing a great job and we will keep supporting!!!

I would love to say I’m so happy with your products but I never received any of my orders and it has been over three 3 weeks it’s getting ridiculous.
