Mae Divinagracia stressed that the prosecution panel maintains its position that Vice President Sara Duterte’s utilization of confidential funds was a “scam." “As I’ve mentioned earlier, we in the prosecution, we just want to call a spade a spade. To us it’s a scam that was masterminded by the vice president,” she said in an ambush interview after Duterte's impeachment trial on Tuesday.
