Arnold please let talk about the steel industry as well please. We are now buying 10mm as 12mm and so so and so. I’m very happy someone is now talking my mind. In a construction industry is going very bad on materials aspect and we need to woke up and save our lives and our money as well

we have a useless Authority not a standard Authority. that's the major cause of most rising dampness in most walls today. most of the older buildings have no dpc and dpm and still standing without any rising dampness whatsoever. low quality Portland cement of today absorbs ground water faster and create that mess

Empire cement uses quarry dust in producing their cement I hv evidence their trucks are always loading the dust to e factory,due to that,the quarry dust has become very expensive

The most annoying part is that most of these real estate developers will use this cheap quality cement to build and afterwards they sell the house at exorbitant prices. They sit in Ghana and be mentioning dollars.
