But people handle kokontey in a more hygienic way compared to those days. people are using dryers to try it. But first they dry it in the sun and it is beating by rain and develops mould that make it black. So she should speak well .

Not all of them is alum. We prepare our own konkonte at home and it looks white. After peeling the cassava, we wash it well and then soak it in an ordinary water till the next morning then we wash it again and then spread it under the sun and it will look like chalk.
