Quick thing this is for older iPhones most modern iPhones are safe from what I know from but also depends which state your device is in BFU is safe and AFU it’s a risk and lockdown mode and a long password is the safest bet

Cellebrite is one of the more ethical ones and Israeli companies selling these kinds of tools are really selling old operational tools from the NSA. The Israeli situation is really being a buffer for the US's rather unsavory activities and in exchange the US offers protection to Israel. The roots and arraignment go deep and of course it's more complex but that's where the US is with Israel on this.
