I kind of understand Dean here. He got flashbacks to the first time he went to that house and had to leave early because he was berated by Richard. Seeing Rory with all of those college educated rich boys showed him how different their lives are. Rory also cheated on him with Jess the first time they were together so watching her stumble out of the house with all of those guys didn’t help.
