It’s funny how when we talk about defenders, say VVD vs Vidic… people judge it on today’s standards… but when it comes to Scholes… nobody wants to judge it on today’s standards…. Scholes was ahead of his time… that’s why he didn’t get personal accolades because what he was doing didn’t get seen… simple….
