I think I’ve read that palpatine had anakin to be programmed in to be safe but I don’t think there’s any confirmation. Plus in the comics clones open fire on Vader shortly after order 66 thinking he was a Jedi. So if he programmed anakin in surely he would’ve done the same with Vader. So maybe just a plot hole

I think the reason Tup didnt go for Anakin was coz hes needed in Sidious's plan so Sidious made sure that the Clone's wouldn't go after Anakin. like in ROTS he was still a Jedi technically and the Clones left him alone

Pretty sure at least during the temple raid the clones thought all Jedi had turned on the republic and Anakain stayed loyal so they thought they were following the heroic general they had all known

In the finale the clones specifically go to kill Maul. So I’m assuming Palpatine had it so any force user except himself and Anakin would be killed at the end of the war. He had been grooming him since before the clones were created.

Yes he did order 66 was the target all Jedi, but Anakin wasn’t on that list because Palpatine had a plot to have Anakin turn to the dark side before it happened

i think it is more like "what is easier to kll" Annakin a well known strong Jedi or some Girl that is strong with her sister but now alone 🤷🏼♂️
