1.Accrued Income in the suppliers account. Money paid by Cat & Associates eg 1 000 000 2.Cat &co get RFQ for X amount eg 200k 3. Cat and Co supply end user eg Themibisa Hospital paid 200k + mark up = 300k 4. 100k split between Cat and Momela 90:10 split. 5. CAT returns 200k to supplier, bringing his advanced payment to his 1000000. The supplier made no profit!!!!! The supplier was basically a front for Cat and Co.

This is very clear from Cat. He puts away money into the supplier's account for when he needs supplies in future incase he does not have the cash when the time comes.

Matlala is clear, nothing should be confusing . I see the panel of contractors here and they get RFQ as and when the need arises. Basically what they do they pay suppliers upfront in case they get RFQ.

They have a prepaid vendor account with the supplier. They pay R2 million and withdraw from the R2 million as they get RFQ's. They only share the profits from the RFQ and pay back whatever they withdrew from the supplier. Simple
