The victim’s attorney said the Amazon driver followed him into the gas station after the two clashed over a parking spot. The driver was arrested and charged with battery, elder abuse, and making threats, according to police. An Amazon spokesperson said the driver, who was employed by “an independent business that contracts with Amazon,” was “immediately offboarded” and was no longer eligible to deliver Amazon packages.
