I agree with Amos here — discrimination against minorities is a global reality, not a Singapore problem alone. Even our founding generation spoke bluntly about race and religion when it suited nation-building. We just learned to swallow the hard parts, quietly, for the sake of peace and prosperity. Yeah, the truth hurts.
