@rappler: Sara Duterte's team undecided on calling Lachica as witness WATCH: Vice President Sara Duterte's defense lawyer Michael Poa says on Tuesday, August 25 that it has no final decision yet on whether to call Colonel Raymund Lachica, whose name has been repeatedly mentioned in the misuse of confidential funds charge. He adds that the team will first assess the prosecution’s presentation before deciding whether Lachica will take the witness stand in the impeachment trial.
