You got this, Chelsea. Remember to only take in what you can handle so you have some time to take care of yourself. If it were possible for me to be there to help with half the load I would, but I know you understand my time there is limited. I know you need it. Regardless of how other rehabillitators work, or what they may say, if you don't take care of yourselves, or are not able to take care of yourselves in some capacity, there will end up not being any of you for these babies that need you. Love ya friend. 💚

Seeing you like this absolutely broke my heart. You’re an incredible person making a huge impact, and I hope you can show yourself some grace. You know what they say about an oxygen mask? You have to put yours on first. I can only imagine how difficult that must be while juggling the needs of all the precious babies, but they will have no chance without you being well enough to care for them.
