genuinely think the reason he didn’t label her a war power is bc of his own hubris. He couldn’t bare to admit that a “mere human” was a danger to him since he believes himself to be of a superior race as we saw throughout basically their entire fight so he just ignored her which ended up being his downfall.

One The Quincy king didn't see Orihime as a war potential because her conviction of rejecting phenomena is what scales her powers. Ichigo almost dieing and being stabbed by mustache king is what triggered her conviction to go to its absolute peak and make her reject mustache king existence.

I remember her power being based on her conception and understanding of reality. she couldnt heal Ichigo because she didnt know what was missing. Aka why Hollows have the hole in their bodies. there is no clear indication of what Ichigo lost so she wouldnt conceptually reject it from her version of reality

Ichigo’s spiritual pressure is above that of aizen, and there was no way for the quincys to know aizen’s current spiritual pressure. Unrelated but a plothole I noticed is the shinigami and the quincys being able to sense ichigos spiritual pressure when it was stated to be a dimension above that of aizen, the very same aizen with undetectable spiritual pressure who himself couldn’t sense ichigos spiritual pressure.
