So many ravers from the early 2000’s were non-diagnosed neurodivergent folks self medicating themselves with music & substances. Music 130bpm+ helps our brains regulate & looking for the dopamine our brains are lacking. Rave on kiddo, exercise with loud music can provide a dopamine rush too💕
