OMG yes! I almost always forget what I say when I get downloads/messages...so I have a habit of either! ringing someone straight away so they remember & help remind me exactly what I said or recording it. I never understood why but I did notice the pattern. I would describe myself as someone who reads energy coz i can pretty much connect to anything...but my speciality is probably mediumship as I live between worlds but have a lot of experience with all kinds of entities.
