Yeah do a chocolate base that covers the top of the cookie then a smaller circle inside the chocolate layer, then a rolo onto !! 🥰

I think looks great with the swirl pattern but put one of the rolo’s from the small packs ontop so it doesn’t have the corners from the big block!
