Add the sugar to a saucepan and melt over medium heat until completely dissolved and golden. 2. Carefully add the water and stir until the caramel becomes smooth. 3. Pour the caramel into a large flan mold and spread it evenly over the bottom. Flan: 1. Add the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, and milk to a blender. 2. Blend until completely smooth and well combined. 3. Pour the mixture into the caramel-coated mold. 4. Cover with aluminum foil. 5. Bake in a water bath at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 1½ to 2 hours, or until firm. 6. Let it cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 7.
