@drdrewprovan: We are living longer but to add quality to your years get yourself physically stronger and healthier. It does not cost a lot. Start now and you will reap the rewards in years to come. #medicine #olderadults #health #resistancetraining #fyp
You can may live longer within the maximum. And that is biologically determined at approximatetly 120 years.

Youd think a dr would know more, Adults in 1900 would often live well into their 60s or 70s. The reason the average expectancy is lower is due to high death rate in infants and young children. Life expectancy isn’t going to be dramatically improving. Humans have always live into their 60s.

As a doctor you are wrong yes in the past life expectancy was between 35 and 40 but if you past childhood there was a chance you could have lived till your 80s even at that time

Thanks for the encouragement to do this. You are 100% right. I've noticed a lot musculoskeletal problems starting. I'm a couch potato but have started walking everyday and will now look at your recommendations. I'm determined not to end up like my father who was frail, falling and isolated. He shouldn't have ended up like that. Thanks again.

Life expectancy was lower in the past because it's an average, and lots more babies and children died than they do today, plus illnesses weren't as preventable, healthy adults could live to the same age as today. You made it sound like nobody lived beyond 40 and that was old age.

As a Hematologist would you support information on Cancer, that's it has a Heamotological origin, much involve with the balance between red blood cells and white blood cells. a balance, understanding Angiogenesis, including vascular mechanism. To get better understanding and breakthrough in Cancer research. Most scientists might rubbish such a theory and say Cancer is not a Heamotological issue of balance between red and white blood cells. 🙏🤗❤️.just an opinion of thought. Are we missing some important points.??

Average life expectancy was brought down by high infant mortality. Median life expectancy 100 years ago really wasn’t that much different than it is now. Mean and median, totally different statistical models my man
