Hi!! Will this work in a bed that's been oversaturated with water? I've been removing the soil because I dont even think it's got anymore nutrients 😭😭 smells like a swamp.

Mine drops soil by a few feet every year. I fill with pine straw or leaves to save money, but it doesn’t last too long. Breaks down too fast.
