If people are gifted something for the kids, but right after they receive it, those kids disappear so does whatever they were gifted. That’s a no-brainer. They should’ve immediately took the house back.

The producer promised the KIDS their own rooms, but they gave the house to the foster parents, who had no legal obligation to the children. Any decent lawyer would argue that they did NOT fulfill their obligation
