@pinkspidercos: cons are expensive af most of the time but there’s a few ways i’ve learnt to save even a lil extra money that might help you !! 🕷️🩷 walk around the entire vendor’s area once before buying anything sometimes there will be multiple vendors selling the same things (like figures or plushies etc) at different prices and if you buy something immediately you might miss out on a cheaper option 🕷️🩷 bring snacks/a drink or leave the con to buy some con food is expensive but you shouldn’t let it stop you eating. a lot of cons (at least in the uk) have shops nearby you can buy food from if you can’t bring anything!! i’ve also seen people say they bring cup noodles and ask cafes inside to fill them with boiling water for free (they should also be able to refill water bottles for free !!) 🕷️🩷 bring cash the phone service/wifi in cons sucks ass so paying with your phone might not be doable, especially in the artist alley. using cash also gives you a hard budget and a physical way to see how much you’ve spent - 🔑 cosplay community cosplay tips for beginners cosplay advice for beginners convention tips convention advice comic con tips comic con advice #sparklecosplay #hsrcosplay #HonkaiStarRail #honkaistarrailcosplay #hsrsparkle
