@sabcnews: The state has alleged that North West businessman Brown Mogotsi aimed to disguised himself in an attempt to escape court cells in August. Mogotsi has approached the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court for his fourth bail application on new facts. The state in opposing bail - said Mogotsi planned to escape from court on the 20th of August - disguised as correctional services officer. He faces multiple charges including, lying under oath, defeating the ends of justice and unlawful possession of a firearm.
