100% false, I have dental anxiety and I talked to my dentist about this specific scenario, he said you will be in EXCRUCIATING pain before this happens unless you just have a very very weak immune system. If this was the case homeless people and drug addicts would be dying in the hospital left and right from tooth infections. If left untreated yea it can get bad, but you’d be in so much pain you wouldn’t be able to function and I promise you’d find a way to visit a dentist before it got this bad.

we certain pills kill bacteria. the doctor that gave you the painkiller should have given you the antibiotics. if you have a bad toothache that appears to be infected get antibiotics and get it pulled or fixed asap.
