There is a beer garden down on the Bellingham waterfront, right next to a dirt jump park. I haven’t ridden there yet, but it is supposed to be great. Have fun out there.

Bellingham classics on Galbraith: 1) evolution>unemployment line > atomic dog 2) sst top to bottom 3) bobs trail 4) Mohawk > mullet > cheech and Chong’s wild ride 5) happy hour. If you want steep and technical, double black and double down on chuckanut mountain are absolutely sick. Brown Pow on the chanterelle system is also quite rowdy for a sanctioned trail

Go to Galbraith and hit U Line, A-Dog, Radical Dragon, Scorpion, Evo, Natural Delight, Double Vision. Basically the whole mountain is super fun with the exception of the bunny trails. Also,Chuckanut is Rad! Then hit up the Outpost for a drink or some food. Could also ride Lookout if you like it super spicy, ELO is quite exciting and scary. Sudden Valley is also a hoot with tons of gnar. Man, the list goes on! Join Bellingham Trail Riders Facebook group and see if anyone wants to ride with you. Also, might want to demo an ebike for some of these rides unless you love climbing

Bellingham is always a blast! Trails can be overwhelming in the system. Pick north or south side, park at either north or south Galbraith trailheads. Trailforks FTW- check out videos of trails there.

if your just traveling across town on a bike Google maps your destination and set it to bike travel. there are so many hidden little trails in bellingham that lots don't find.

I’m in Bellingham now, staying here for a month! For blue jump lines, Double Vision and Unemployment Line are my favorite! If you like black tech, check out the two Chuckanut trails - double black diamond and double down!

Ride Galbraith, the MTB best of the best for Washington. Ride up on service trail will take about 45-60 minuts. at the top Evolution to Unemployment line, circle back up to Unemployment line then ride Atomic Dog out. Or circle back up and ride Blue Ribbon. Both AD and BR will take you to the bottom towards the parking lot. Go get at beer and food at Transition Outpost, about a mile down from the Galbraith parking lot.

Taylor Shellfish Farms is great outdoors oyster dining. Chuckanut Manor and Oyster Bar are great higher end options. I highly recommend an e-bike day to shove in a 15k elevation ride day 😆.

Place is very friendly for an advanced beginner who can’t do drops, or gap jumps. Unemployment line, cheech and chongs, mullet, mohawk, sst, orient express, are all friendly. They can also be hard if you ride fast, and do every optional feature!

Bobs tails is one of my favorite. Double vision is a blast. Mohawk is a good one too. I live is Bellingham so depending what you are looking I can tell you some good spots

blue ribbon is rad, so is Uline, and atomic dog. SST is a must do, and if you're gnarly try mohawk.
