I may have....... Naruto Uzumaki’s whole thing is stacking power-ups. He starts as a knucklehead with a demon inside and ends up basically a god. Here’s the run-down in order: *1. Base + Jinchuriki Forms* *Base Naruto*: Orange jumpsuit, Shadow Clones, Rasengan. Relies on Kurama’s chakra but doesn’t transform. *4-Tails/6-Tails Cloak*: When Kurama takes over. Red chakra, bones show, burns everything. Mindless rage mode. *8-Tails*: Almost full Kurama. Naruto grows horns and 8 tails. Still mostly Kurama in control. *2. Kurama Chakra Mode Era* *Kyuubi Chakra Mode (KCM1)*: After befriending Kurama in the war arc. Golden chakra cloak, whiskers, floating magatama. Huge speed + sensory boost. Can make chakra arms. *KCM2*: Full cooperation. Kurama manifests around him like a Susanoo. Can fire Tailed Beast Bombs. This is the "golden Naruto" vs the 5 Kage. *Baryon Mode*: Last resort in _Boruto_. Uses Naruto + Kurama’s life force. Black markings, glowing eyes, red pupils. Burns the opponent’s lifespan on contact. Kurama dies after. Naruto’s strongest but it kills Kurama. *3. Sage Mode Stacks* *Imperfect Sage Mode*: Orange eyeshadow, needs to stay still. Super strength + sensory. Used vs Pain. *Perfect Sage Mode*: No eyeshadow, lasts longer. Frog kata. Still his base in Shippuden. *Sage of Six Paths Mode*: After Hagoromo gives him power. Yellow cloak with 9 magatama, truth-seeking orbs, staff. Can fly and use all 5 natures + Yin-Yang. *Six Paths Sage Mode + KCM2*: The final form vs Madara/Kaguya/Sasuke. Combines Six Paths + Kurama cloak. Golden with magatama, 9 tails, flight, and massive chakra. This is "Adult Naruto War Arc" peak. *4. Other Notable States* *One-Tail to Three-Tails Cloaks*: Early Shippuden. Progressive red chakra cloaks when angry. Weaker versions of 4-tails. *Ashura Mode*: Fused Kurama avatars with other Tailed Beasts. Giant golden statue vs Sasuke’s Indra Susanoo. Final Valley fight. *Toad Sage Fusion*: With Ma and Pa on his shoulders. Extends Sage Mode time. *Adult Base*: Hokage Naruto. No cloak most of the time to save chakra. Still KCM2 + Six Paths but weaker without Kurama after Baryon. *How they scale:* 1. *Base < Sage < KCM1 < KCM2 < Six Paths < Six Paths + KCM2 < Baryon Mode* 2. *Key gimmicks*: - *Sage* = nature energy + strength - *KCM* = Kurama chakra + speed - *Six Paths* = Hagoromo hacks + flight + truth-seeking orbs - *Baryon* = lifespan burn, but costs Kurama Post-Baryon in _Boruto_, Naruto loses Kurama so he’s stuck at *Base + Imperfect Sage*. Still Kage level because of experience, but no more golden cloaks or Tailed Beast Bombs. *TL;DR*: Naruto went from "rasengan kid" → "rage demon" → "golden fox god" → "six paths alien" → "life-burning final form" → "back to base Hokage". - @ubfloki
