How can the courts accept that these officers lie in these situations, knowing it's a public place? They are simply committing crimes of assault and abuse of power. When will the courts... to ensure that all departments and their agents respect people's rights to filming in public, even if it's a police department, they are just... to show that they are doing something illegal and don't want to be filmed.
