She believes that if you live out of state and go to another state that the police don't have jurisdiction to stop her. Where tf do these people get that crap? They need to just start taking licenses. DMV needs to change their books, learning the book, learning to drive, and testing. There's obviously a problem. I'm going to say most of the population in America the last 5-8 years the people driving don't know how to drive. They're doing whatever they want. I've witnessed so many incidents of stupid driving, its shocking. So there's something going on in how people think they are allowed to drive.
