Do not let her Zelle you or make any kind of restitution-the police will not act if they don’t have to. If she stole a car and returned it the next day she is still a thief. There is no “misunderstanding”—a misunderstanding is when a person is confused. She stole and got caught. SHE NEEDS TO MOVE.
