I even managed to watch the team carefully preparing and rolling them behind the counter, before bringing home all four flavours available at this outlet! The Golden Roll may look like the simplest of the four, but its smooth cream and rich, natural egg fragrance make it especially comforting. For something more indulgent, the Dark Chocolate Silk Roll is made with premium 70.5% Belgian dark couverture chocolate, giving it a deeper chocolate flavour without becoming overly sweet. The Tiramisu Velvet Roll combines authentic Italian Elle & Vire mascarpone cheese with 100% Arabica coffee beans, while the Matcha Mellow Roll is made with pure, high-quality matcha for a more earthy finish. Each roll is carefully crafted by the team, with a soft and delicate texture complemented by a nicely balanced sweetness.
