there’s so many talented actors in theatre working in London, they should pick a theatre actor purely because you need somebody to embody the character, like I saw some incredible performances (by actors I hadn’t seen before) from the actors at the Globe and in Les Liaisons

Jack Lowden is unknown enough but not inexperienced in a big film either, he worked with Nolan. Also a theatre actor with an Olivier award. Then you can consider his Slow Horses / The Gold credentials.
