@babystickley: You cannot be truly free while holding on to hate, for the moment you do- you surrender control. Grudges that you hold and hate that you have for others in your mind is just noise that clouds your judgment and takes your peace, and almost never serves you well. You might think it's justifiable because maybe they deserve your hate. But the truth is, if it costs you your peace, it's too expensive.
