Psychosis is an excuse lmao, it’s something a person cannot control. A person who has committed a crime in active psychosis did not know what they were doing and the full consequences. They were not in full control of what they did. Axel was mentally ill but was not psychotic, he knew what he was doing. Lindsey’s state of mind at the time, I THINK, is still being discussed.

I don’t agree with the acts of any of these people, however being a person who has had a psychotic breakdown (postpartum psychosis), you cannot control your behaviours. Your brain goes wild. So I think you should be careful with your narrative, mental health disorders show up differently in people and some can make you unlive people.

Do a little bit more research on Postnatal Depression and how many mothers have a suicidal thoughts and harming kids this is only one case it’s happening every day. It’s not and excuse it’s just different mental illness with different symptoms

Postpartum psychosis is a temporary condition. Lindsey tried to get help and was denied. She also said multiple times that she was scared she was going to harm her children. Was this the same for Axel???? His circumstances may have been mental health but you cannot compare them in any capacity. The only way they are the same is that innocent children died
