T-Mobile is so awful that I went to buy my Google phones from them and they wouldn't even take my card info so they lost a customer. I tried to go in person to buy and buy it and the lady was like yeah we don't even have those in store I'm like. how do you not have them? you're a phone store. you should have every phone available

T-Mobile is so crazy untrustworthy with your payment information. They’ve had numerous cybersecurity incidents and have lost customer payment info multiple times in the past. No way I’d trust them with my bank account information.

it's not that they're saving you $20, is that they're charging you $20 more when you don't set up Auto pay. the prices they have advertised is with auto pay already on it. they need to stop letting these companies advertise discounts if the price they are showing is already the discounted price
