@xixworkshop: It’s crazy looking back at the old workshop and seeing just how much has changed. 👀 The old space was where it all started. It wasn’t perfect, it wasn’t huge, and I definitely didn’t have all the tools I have now… but it was where I learnt. A lot of the things I built in there were made because I needed to solve a problem. More storage? Build something. Need a better workbench? Build one. Need somewhere to keep another tool? Build something else 😂 And slowly, the hobby turned into something I wanted to take more seriously. Building the new workshop gave me the chance to take everything I’d learnt from that first space and actually design a workshop around how I work. Better storage, better dust collection, more power, better lighting, more room to build and, most importantly, a space that I genuinely enjoy spending time in. Looking back, the old workshop might seem basic compared to what I have now, but I wouldn’t change it. It was the starting point. And honestly, I’m still learning every time I step through the door. 🔨 The new workshop might be bigger and better, but it all started in that little space.
