I was going off to my therapist about how I cant stand that people in stores have no spatial awareness and bump into others. "I can tell when someone walks into the aisle, even if they're way at the other end, and they're only in my peripheral!" my therapist was like, "Yeah. that's hypervigilance. that's a trauma response." well, shit.
