@metrodetroitnews: 🚨A woman in her 60s was stabbed multiple times in an apparently random attack while shopping inside a Dollar Tree in Inkster. The incident happened Monday afternoon at the store located on Inkster & Cherry Hill. A 22-year-old man inside the store grabbed a knife that was for sale on a shelf and stabbed the woman multiple times without provocation. The two did not know each other. When police arrived, witnesses said the man stated, “I had to stab someone.” He was arrested at the scene. The woman was rushed to a hospital in critical condition. The investigation remains ongoing.
