White van could have accepted their mistake, came off at the incorrect exit, and found an alternative route. Camera vehicle could have simply eased off the gas slightly and allowed the van to filter ahead of them.

CAm car driver deliberately made that more difficult than it should have been! Other guy knew he was in the wrong lane and was indicating, slowed down waiting for you to pass, you slowed and stopped just to be difficult

Everyone can see the van driver was in the wrong lane but he gave well enough time with his indication for the cam car to let him move over & not speed up.

Its a normal mistake and can happen from anyone even you too. Tens of cars do much worst than this without indicating.

Every one makes mistakes and uses wrong lanes if they don’t know the road lay out, the van didn’t try to push in either he slowed down then you allowed him in, that’s fine well done to both of you 👍
