its weird for me..had a remote job in june they let me wrk for 3 wks then decided to fire me.... I been on interviews had a few act like they were going to offer me the job only to not...I am going back to retail I need a break

I had a job interview at Dental Billing Specialist DSO with a hiring manager who was a black woman, 2 days before my interview with her I received an email from a white lady (I know their race because they have their profile pictures in the email profile picture icon) in their HR department stating that Mahogany (the black hiring manager) was fired and they will be taking over from there on, another 2 days later I received an email rejection without an interview. I knew they were targeting us but I never experienced it this raw, I am still in shock.

It’s been two years for me, in the meantime I completed my degree, certifications and still nothing. I went from 6 figures to $0 when I was the provider to my large family. Have started two business and attempted to be a co-founder but the lack of funding has worn on me. I’m not okay either. I go through stages of applying and through stages of giving up and not applying for anything. I’ve done redesigning my resume and I’m starting to apply for roles without cover letters because I’m tired of wasting my time.

I am not okay. It’s been 2 years now. It’s never taken me this long to find a job! I’m damn near suicidal now. I thought I prepared myself to have a better life. I have 2 degrees. I’m an author. I support the community. I received a rejection email today and it sent me spiraling. Been in the bed since 1 pm. To top it all off they sent me an email asking me to volunteer for them. Second time this has happened. I’ve cashed out everything and I’m down to nothing. Thank you for making me feel like I’m not alone in this. We need to form a support group. I’m so scared. And please don’t say give to Yah. I’ve been fasting and praying. Nothing.
