Then came the waiting… NLRC ruled in our favor. WE WON. ❤️⚖️ But it wasn’t over. The respondent filed another challenge. Another waiting game. Then came the Court of Appeals and a request for a TRO. TRO DENIED. 🙏 Another hurdle. Another waiting game. We continued with the process—waiting for the decision to become final, the Entry of Judgment, and eventually the enforcement of the monetary award. Until finally… WE RECEIVED THE MONETARY AWARD. ❤️⚖️ After almost two years, the Labor Arbiter congratulated my husband. That moment wasn’t just about the money. It was about being heard. It was about standing up for what we believed was right. It was about all the documents, the position paper, the responses, the waiting, the appeals, and every moment we almost wanted to give up. Most of all— it was about closure. To anyone going through unfair dismissal or workplace bullying: Document everything. Tell the truth. Learn your rights. Don’t be afraid to speak up.
