I finally started buying beef from a ranch that processes their own cattle. It now tastes like childhood when we ate our own cattle. This is not meat.

I just went to a farmer and got me a 1/4 cow 2100 last year same cow was 1100 its double this year lasted about 8 months was worth it .. it taste so different thats the part that is disturbing .. real meat taste better .. taste like i remember meat taste
