Technique 1: Pigment dropped directly as I poured for a vibrant blue with soft wisps. 💙🌀 Technique 2: Pigment first, then I pulled the color up from the bottom to create those toxic purple wisps 💜✍️🏼 They look crazy cool with the caps on, but that glow-in-the-dark payoff is next level.
