We went to Rome June 2023... absolute FILTH... trash all over the streets, pouring out of the few trash cans you could find, apartment dumpsters overflowing into the streets. I was in complete shock

This is a common sight on Sicilian highways. I was shocked to see the garbage everywhere! This was between Ragusa and Musomeli!
