I made this for the first time the other night. It took around 30 minutes for it to unstick. I was actually getting nervous that I totally F’ed up my favorite pan. It turned out I just needed to stay patient and give it time. I made an amazing very simple sauce with the font and the pan cleaned up in less than a minute
