I feel like she wasn’t drunk though, I drive a lot for work. Chew gum often to avoid any food and always have red eyes due to always being on the road.

many people have speech problems and tell people where they work hoping probably that he would be lenient with the ticket and yet he says she's drunk or on drugs... that's crazy. just cuz someone's mental state or the way they speak don't match up to yours copper doesn't mean they're on drugs or drinking
